Returns & Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
Items that appear worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

Store Credit & Refunds

All approved refunds will be issued as store credit
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return your item for store credit and place a new order

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a traceable shipping service, s we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at cattlecallboutique26@gmail.com with your order number and photo
We will make it right as quickly as possible
