Return Policy

We want you to love every piece you purchase from us! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

  • Items that appear worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Accessories (including jewelry, hats, and hair items)

  • Custom pieces

Store Credit & Refunds

  • All approved refunds will be issued as store credit

  • We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you need a different size or item, please return your item for store credit and place a new order

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a traceable shipping service, s we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at cattlecallboutique26@gmail.com with your order number and photo

  • We will make it right as quickly as possible
